Learning Environment

Kimbrough promotes a positive learning environment for students through a variety of programs and practices. Exemplary behavior is recognized with positive comments, awards, stickers, public recognition, reward time at the counseling center, and a mention in the PTA newsletter. Students are honored at recognition assemblies, which are attended by students and families. Counselors provide opportunities for students to learn good work habits, develop problem-solving skills, resolve conflicts, and enhance self-esteem.

The students in our school deserve to learn and play in the best environment we can provide. Accordingly, all staff and students will make every effort to observe the following.
